Job summary

Red Lion Handcross is seeking a proactive Shift Supervisor to welcome guests, lead a friendly team and uphold excellent service throughout the pub. You'll run day-to-day operations, mentor colleagues, ensure cleanliness and safety, and act as a role model for training.

Qualifications

• Hospitality or guest service experience preferred.
• Strong leadership and ability to train and develop staff.
• Commitment to cleanliness and safety standards.
