Mitchells & Butlers PLC is recruiting a Shift Supervisor for the Firecrest at Vintage Inns. You’ll greet guests warmly, lead a team, and drive great service with a focus on training and development.

You’ll manage shift operations, model best practice, and uphold high standards of cleanliness and safety across the site. The role offers flexible shifts, staff discounts, and employee benefits as part of a supportive team.
