Job summary

Builders Arms is seeking a Shift Supervisor to help run the pub on shift, greet guests, and lead the team to deliver great service. You’ll train staff, ensure cleanliness and safety, and model professional standards across the floor. This role sits within the Mitchells & Butlers group and offers a pension, holiday, and brand discounts.

Qualifications

• Strong customer service skills and a welcoming approach.
• Ability to lead and motivate a team during shifts.
• Experience training or coaching team members is a plus.
