Responsibilities

• Ensure all equipment and services are maintained and operated safely.
• Supervise a team of day and shift engineers, providing guidance and support where required.
• Ensure all planned maintenance activities are completed in line with scheduled dates.
• Prioritise Statutory and Mandatory tasks while ensuring Reactive Tasks are completed within required priorities.
• Monitor performance against KPIs and ensure contractual maintenance and installation requirements are achieved.

Job description

Due to an increase in upcoming projects, there is now a need for a Shift Supervisor to join this highly successful and forward-thinking organisation.

We are looking for a Shift Supervisor who wants to work in a diverse role where no two days are the same.

As the Shift Supervisor, you will provide the delivery of both planned and reactive FM maintenance services.

The Shift Supervisor will be responsible for:

• Ensure all equipment and services are maintained and operated safely.
• Supervise a team of day and shift engineers, providing guidance and support where required.
• Ensure all planned maintenance activities are completed in line with scheduled dates.
• Prioritise Statutory and Mandatory tasks while ensuring Reactive Tasks are completed within required priorities.
• Monitor performance against KPIs and ensure contractual maintenance and installation requirements are achieved.

To be successful for this Shift Supervisor role you must have:

• City & Guilds 2360 Parts 1 & 2 qualification, or equivalent.
• HVAP qualification with relevant high-voltage experience.
• Experience working within a critical environment, such as a data centre.
• IEE 18th Edition Regulations qualification (desirable).
• IOSH Managing Safely qualification.
• Equivalent mechanical qualifications will also be considered with the appropriate level of experience.
