Job summary

Mitchells & Butlers in York is seeking a Shift Supervisor to welcome guests, lead a team, and deliver great service with training opportunities. You’ll be a host on site, manage shifts, mentor colleagues, and uphold high standards of cleanliness and safety.

Qualifications

• Hospitality or customer service experience preferred.
• Ability to lead and train a team.
