Job summary

Miller and Carter in England is seeking a proactive Shift Supervisor to help run the site day-to-day, host guests and lead the team to deliver outstanding service. You’ll play a key role in maintaining high standards and ensuring every guest feels welcome.

You’ll train colleagues, manage shifts, and uphold cleanliness and safety. Enjoy flexible shifts, employee discounts across the brands, pension benefits, and Wagestream access as part of a supportive, team‑oriented environment.
