Job summary

Miller & Carter - Bath is seeking a Shift Supervisor to warmly welcome guests, lead a friendly team and help deliver outstanding dining experiences. You’ll manage service flow, support hosts and ensure every guest feels valued.

You’ll train colleagues, uphold brand standards, maintain safety and cleanliness, and be part of a dynamic, supportive team. The role offers flexible shifts, employee discounts, and exposure to Mitchells & Butlers' opportunities.

Qualifications

• Experience in hospitality or restaurant management.
• Able to train and mentor team members.
• Maintain high standards of cleanliness and safety.
• Strong customer service and communication skills.
