Miller & Carter - York is seeking a Part Time Shift Supervisor to warmly welcome guests and lead a small team with a passion for great service.

You will manage day-to-day operations, model high standards, help train colleagues, and ensure cleanliness and safety across the site.

This role offers flexible shifts, staff discounts across brands, and Wagestream access to manage finances.

Qualifications

• Experience in hospitality supervisory roles is preferred.
• Strong communication and guest service skills.
• Ability to train and motivate team members.
