Mitchells & Butlers PLC is seeking a Shift Supervisor for our Brass Haus at Oaktree Pubs. You’ll welcome guests, host service, and confidently lead your team to deliver great dining experiences in a vibrant community pub atmosphere.

Qualifications

• Experience in a customer-facing hospitality role.
• Ability to motivate and coach a team.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Be part of the day-to-day running of the site: hosting guests and confidently leading your team.
• Act as a shift leader.
• Help with training and development of team members.
• Maintain high standards of cleanliness and safety.
