Job summary

Mitchells & Butlers is seeking a Shift Supervisor for one of its Premium Country Pubs. You’ll welcome guests, lead a team and ensure outstanding service across a busy site.

You’ll play a key role in day-to-day operations, training staff, upholding cleanliness and safety standards, and delivering memorable dining experiences. If you thrive in a fast-paced, guest‑focused environment, we’d love to hear from you.

Qualifications

• Hospitality experience or supervisory exposure.
• Ability to lead and train a team.
• Commitment to high cleanliness and safety standards.
• Excellent guest service and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Be part of day-to-day site operations: host guests and guide the team.
• Lead shifts and ensure smooth service at all times.
• Model behaviours and support staff training.
• Maintain high standards of cleanliness and safety.
