Mitchells & Butlers plc is recruiting a Shift Supervisor at The Oak. You will warmly welcome guests, lead a team, and ensure superb service with training for colleagues. The role involves hosting, serving, and guiding your team to consistently meet high standards in a vibrant hospitality environment.

Join us to help create a welcoming community atmosphere. You’ll receive support, training, and opportunities to develop within a busy pub group, with a focus on guest satisfaction and teamwork.

Formación

• Experience in hospitality and shift supervision.
• Ability to train and mentor staff.
• Strong customer service focus and guest care.

Responsabilidades

• Be part of the day-to-day running of the site, hosting, serving guests and confidently leading your team.
• Be a shift leader and role model for your teams.
• Help with training and development of team members.
• Maintain high standards of cleanliness and safety.
