Job summary

Mitchells & Butler PLC is seeking a Shift Supervisor at Ember Inns (Hollybrook) who will welcome guests, lead a team, and support training while maintaining excellent service standards.

You will help run daily operations, supervise shifts, and uphold cleanliness and safety across the site. This role emphasizes guest experience and team development in a friendly pub setting.

Qualifications

• Hospitality or pub/restaurant experience welcomed.
• Ability to train and develop staff.
• Maintain high standards of cleanliness and safety.

• Be part of the day-to-day running of the site: act as host, serve guests and confidently lead your team.
