O'Neill's Bournemouth is seeking a Part Time Shift Supervisor to warmly welcome guests, lead a team during busy shifts, and uphold high standards of service, cleanliness, and safety.

You’ll be part of Mitchells & Butlers, enjoy flexible shifts and staff discounts, pension and holiday entitlement, plus fun team socials as you help guests have a great time in a lively pub environment.

Qualifications

• Experience in hospitality environments preferred.
• Experience supervising shifts is a plus.
• Strong communication and guest service skills.

• Be a shift leader.
• Be a role model for your teams, helping with their training.
