Job summary

O'Neills Southampton is seeking a Shift Supervisor to help run daily operations, host guests and lead a motivated team in a vibrant pub environment.

You'll be responsible for shift leadership, staff training, maintaining cleanliness and safety, and delivering excellent guest service to ensure guests keep returning for more.

Qualifications

• Experience in hospitality management or supervisory roles.
• Strong customer service and communication skills.
• Ability to train and develop staff to high standards.

Responsibilities

• Be part of the day-to-day running of the site, hosting guests and leading your team.
• Act as shift leader and role model for training colleagues.
• Maintain high standards of cleanliness, safety and guest experience.
• Support the team to ensure a welcoming atmosphere and smooth service.
