Job summary

O'Neill's Birmingham New Street is hiring a Part Time Team Member to provide warm hospitality, greet guests, and support service across dining and bar areas.

You will help keep the venue clean, assist kitchen and bar tasks when needed, and contribute to a vibrant, welcoming atmosphere for guests enjoying meals and drinks at Mitchells & Butlers venues.

Qualifications

• Experience in customer-facing roles is a plus.
• Flexibility to work in shifts, including evenings and weekends.
• Ability to work as part of a team in a busy hospitality environment.

Responsibilities

• Greet and serve guests, ensuring they have a warm welcome.
• Maintain high standards of cleanliness and safety.
• Assist in kitchen prep and bar tasks as needed.
• Contribute to a friendly atmosphere that makes guests want to return.
