Job summary

Mitchells & Butlers PLC in Woking is seeking a dedicated Shift Supervisor. You will welcome guests, lead a team, and train staff to uphold exceptional service standards. The role covers shifts across the day and night, with a focus on friendly hospitality and operational excellence.

You’ll drive daily operations, supervise front-of-house teams, and mentor colleagues to deliver memorable guest experiences. A supportive workplace, pension scheme, holidays, and employee benefits are provided.
