Job summary

Cameron Clarke Associates t/a talent-finder seeks a Shift Supervisor for our Birkenhead site. The role covers Saturdays and Sundays, 06:00–18:00, supporting a busy production line in a private manufacturing facility.

You will oversee blending, packaging and despatch, ensure quality and deadlines, and drive continuous improvement on the shift with a focus on safety and records accuracy.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in a production or manufacturing environment coupled with previous supervisory involvement and strong influencing skills
• Ability to communicate effectively with all levels within the Company
• Strong analytical ability and a keen eye for detail
• Ability to adhere to all health and safety and Quality requirements
• Self-motivated, honest and reliable
• Live within a commutable distance
• Right to work in the UK

Responsibilities

• Ensuring the smooth running of the production area

Shift Supervisor | Birkenhead, Wirral | Full Time | £15.46 per hour

Our client is a privately owned company specialising in producing and supplying household laundry and cleaning products. They supply national and international customers with their own brand of laundry and cleaning products.

They have laboratory, blending and packing facilities at their Birkenhead premises to produce household, laundry and cleaning products. They develop, scale up and produce all formulations in-house.

Our client develops formulations to match briefs from customers, which are then blended and packaged at their manufacturing facilities in Birkenhead.

The Role

They are seeking full-time Shift Supervisors to join their expanding team at their production site in Birkenhead, Wirral.

The working hours are Saturday and Sunday, 06:00 to 18:00.

Key Responsibilities

• Ensuring the smooth running of the production area
• Co-ordinating all aspects of manufacturing from blending to packaging and despatch
