Mitchells & Butlers Leisure Retail Limited is seeking a Shift Supervisor at the Bulls Head to welcome guests and lead a team, delivering warm service and training great people. You’ll be part of Premium Country Pubs, creating memorable visits in beautiful interiors and premium offerings across our brands.

You’ll manage day-to-day site operations, lead a shift, and role model training while upholding high standards of cleanliness and safety.

Qualifications

• Experience in customer-facing roles preferred.
• Ability to lead a team and train staff.
• Commitment to cleanliness and safety standards.
