Job summary

The Red Lion, part of the Vintage Inns collection, is seeking a Part Time Shift Supervisor to welcome guests and lead a team across busy service periods. You’ll train staff, model excellent service, and ensure clean, safe standards are maintained to keep guests returning.

Join a warm, pub hospitality team with flexible shifts and a strong focus on guest experience and teamwork. Training and development are a priority within Mitchells & Butlers’ pubs.

Qualifications

• Train and develop team members to deliver great service.
