Job summary

Mitchells & Butlers PLC is seeking a Part Time Shift Supervisor for The Beagle, part of the Vintage Inns collection. You’ll welcome guests, guide a team, and ensure smooth service during shifts in a cosy pub setting.

You’ll lead by example, train colleagues, and uphold high standards of cleanliness and safety while delivering warm, memorable experiences.

Qualifications

• Experience leading hospitality teams is preferred.
• Strong guest service skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to train and motivate staff effectively.

Responsibilities

• Be part of day-to-day site operations as host and service lead.
• Act as shift leader and mentor teammates.
• Support training and onboarding of new staff.
• Maintain cleanliness and safety standards.
