Job summary

Indaver in Essex is seeking a Production Shift Team Leader to coordinate 24/7 operations at the Rivenhall facility. The role includes leading a small team of Production Operators, driving safe, efficient, and compliant performance, and coordinating with maintenance and external services.

Ideally you have HNC/HND or significant technical experience, with at least five years in a power generation/continuous process setting and two years of people management.

Qualifications

• Proven operational shift experience within a power generation or continuous process industry.
• Minimum 5 years of relevant experience; minimum 2 years people management.
• Must be eligible to work in the UK, as no visa sponsorship will be offered for this position.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate all production and material handling processes within the facility, maintaining a clean, safe and compliant 24/7 operation.
• Manage consumables and additives.
• Coordinate with external production support services and the maintenance team.
• Identify and scope operational improvement projects to simplify and standardise operability and compliance.
• Lead, develop and motivate the Production Shift Team to deliver operational excellence.
• Participate in developing and controlling operational budgets with the Production Manager.
