• Strong ability to drive performance against KPIs in manufacturing.

Responsibilities

• Manage and lead production teams across shift operations.
• Drive performance against production, quality and safety KPIs.
• Ensure production schedules and customer requirements are met.
• Lead, motivate and develop team leaders and operators.
• Identify and implement continuous improvement initiatives.
• Monitor labour utilisation, efficiency and operational costs.
• Ensure compliance with Health & Safety and company procedures.
• Work closely with Engineering, Quality and Supply Chain teams to optimise performance.
• Investigate production issues and implement corrective actions.
