Job summary
Hunter Selection is seeking a Shift Production Manager in Gloucester to lead a frontline production team across rotating day and night shifts. You will drive performance, safety, and quality, ensuring schedules meet customer demands while managing costs and implementing improvements.

Qualifications
- Proven experience leading production teams in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong capability to drive KPIs and safety targets.
- Experience in implementing continuous improvement initiatives.
Responsibilities
- Manage and lead production teams across shift operations.
- Drive performance against production, quality and safety KPIs.
- Ensure production schedules and customer requirements are met.
- Lead, motivate and develop team leaders and operators.
- Identify and implement continuous improvement initiatives.
- Monitor labour utilisation, efficiency and operational costs.
- Ensure compliance with Health & Safety and company procedures.
- Work with Engineering, Quality and Supply Chain teams to optimise performance.
- Investigate production issues and implement corrective actions.
