Our client is a Crawley-based manufacturer of medical equipment and devices.

They are currently in need of an experienced engineer within their production department.

Responsibilities include running planned maintenance as well as addressing breakdown issues covering electrical, mechanical, and PLC systems on a busy production line.

Candidates should have electrical or electronic engineering qualifications, a solid understanding of electrical/electronic circuit design and PLC systems (programming and testing), experience working with 3-phase systems, and the ability to work effectively and efficiently on process and manufacturing machinery, especially under time-sensitive conditions when machines come off the production line.

This role operates on a shift system of 4 days on and 4 days off, with 12-hour shifts (6:00 pm - 6:00 am). Benefits include:
