Lancashire Renewables Ltd seeks a Shift Support Operative to support the Operations and Maintenance team at the Thornton site on a 5-shift system. You will assist with waste processing, SCADA monitoring, and site security while maintaining accurate records and ensuring compliant operations.

Role involves coordinating deliveries, liaising with contractors and visitors, and providing general site support to promote a safe and efficient facility. Training and development are provided.

Qualifikationen

Aufgaben

• Operate the weighbridge, recording vehicle movements and waste transactions.
• Coordinate vehicle arrivals, deliveries, inductions and site access.
• Act as a point of contact for site enquiries with operations and external stakeholders.
• Maintain accurate operational records, including waste transfer docs and downtime logs.
• Support site safety and security by following procedures and reporting hazards.
• Provide general operational support including housekeeping and cleaning.
• Collaborate with colleagues and contractors to run the facility day-to-day.
