GXO is recruiting for a Shift Operations Manager (Rotating Days) to join our Stafford team. You will lead and coach a Warehouse team, drive engagement and culture while ensuring safe, compliant operations across rotating shifts 06:00–14:00 and 14:00–22:00.
The role requires proven shift operations management experience in a high-volume environment, plus strong budgeting, project and change management skills. You will collaborate with Stock, Systems, HR and Finance to meet KPIs and customer needs.

This is a full time, permanent position, working rotating days; 06:00 – 14:00 / 14:00 – 22:00. However, we do ask for some flexibility, this is logistics after all.
