Here at GXO, we are recruiting for a Shift Operations Manager (Rotating Days) to join our team in Stafford. As a Shift Operations Manager, you will be responsible for managing and leading your own team helping to coach, motivate and engage them to create a great team culture with a strong work ethic. This is a full time, permanent position, working rotating days; 06:00 – 14:00 / 14:00 – 22:00. However, we do ask for some flexibility, this is logistics after all.
You’ll be paid a salary of up to £53,000 per annum DOE and receive 31 days annual leave (inclusive of bank holidays).
