Job summary

Qualifications

• Fluent in English and able to read and write clearly.
• Experience using data analytics and metrics to identify problems.

Responsibilities

• Measure and monitor workflows, track onsite performance, and provide key shift information to frontline management for operational excellence across shifts.
• Support and train employees to deliver great service and supervise daily tasks.
• Assist the Shift/Area Manager with projects to improve processes, foster a safe environment, and increase workforce engagement.
• Collaborate with other departments to address issues or support needs in key performance areas.
• Utilise data analysis to identify ways to improve safety, quality and productivity.
