Job summary

Loomis UK Leeds Transport branch is seeking an experienced Shift Manager to lead a busy team and ensure efficient branch operations, deliveries, and cash-handling services in the local area.

Reporting to the Operations Manager, you will manage day-to-day branch activities, motivate drivers and vault staff, and uphold our Customer First standards while roster-based out-of-hours alarm response may be required.

Qualifications

• Previous experience as a Shift Manager or similar level.
• Strong leadership and people-management skills.
• Confident communicators with high integrity and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day branch operations and staff.
• Lead Delivery Drivers & Vault Operatives to ensure safe deliveries, collections and storage.
• Champion Loomis Customer First standards and product knowledge.
