Job summary

Loomis UK - Leeds Transport branch is seeking an experienced Shift Manager to lead a busy team ensuring efficient branch operations and top-class service delivery. The role reports to the Operations Manager and involves managing daily activities of Delivery Drivers and Vault Operatives with a focus on safety, cost control and customer satisfaction.

Applicants should have prior Shift Manager or similar leadership experience, strong integrity, and the ability to communicate confidently.

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day operations at the Leeds branch under the Operations Manager.
• Oversee Delivery Drivers and Vault Operatives to ensure safe, cost-effective deliveries, collections and storage.
• Champion the Customer First approach through knowledge of Loomis solutions and customer requirements.
• Be a key holder and be available for out-of-hours alarm response as rostered.
