Loomis UK is seeking a Shift Manager for our Birmingham Transport branch. This role is a full-time position (40 hours per week) focused on ensuring the branch runs efficiently, keeping the team motivated and delivering excellent service to customers.

You will report to the Operations Manager and manage daily branch operations, supervising Delivery Drivers and Vault Operatives, and ensuring safe, cost-effective activities aligned with customer service agreements.

Formación

• Experience as a Shift Manager or similar level with strong leadership skills.
• Confident communicators with high integrity and attention to detail.
• Excellent customer focus and ability to drive satisfaction.

Responsabilidades

• Oversee day-to-day Branch Operations including deliveries, collections and storage.
• Manage Delivery Drivers & Vault Operatives to ensure safety and cost-effectiveness.
• Champion Loomis Customer First approach and ensure service standards are met.
