Job summary

Loomis UK Newport is seeking an experienced Shift Manager to lead our branch operations and support a team of Delivery Drivers and Vault Operatives. You will ensure safe, timely deliveries and storage activities while delivering excellent customer service. You will champion a Customer First approach, develop staff, and act as a key holder for out-of-hours alarm response.

Qualifications

• Previous experience as Shift Manager or similar with leadership skills.
• Ability to lead a team and provide great customer service.
• Able to pass criminal record, credit and ID checks.
• SIA licence beneficial (not essential).

Responsibilities

• Manage daily Branch Operations and lead Delivery Drivers and Vault Operatives.
• Ensure deliveries, collections and storage meet safety and cost targets.
• Promote a Customer First approach with product knowledge of Loomis solutions.
• Be available for out-of-hours alarm response as a key holder.
