You will start as a Retail Assistant and receive a £2 supplement for every hour you shift manage the store. Key responsibilities include ensuring product availability, leading the team on shift, upholding cash handling and security policies, and driving a positive, inclusive culture.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in a retail management or supervisory role.
• Effective communication with colleagues to deliver tasks first time.
• Plans and organises the shift using every team member.
• Provides balanced feedback to improve performance.
• Sets the pace on shift with hands-on leadership.
