Job summary

Iceland Foods is seeking a dedicated Shift Manager for the Mansfield Food Warehouse. You will support the management team to deliver consistent results, ensuring excellent customer availability and a smooth operation during shifts.

You will lead a store team, promote the best customer experience, and drive sales while following all company policies and cash/security procedures. A hands-on leader who can motivate staff and manage shift plans is essential.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in a retail management or supervisory role.
• Excellent communication with colleagues across the store.
• Ability to plan and organise the shift effectively.
• Strong leadership to develop and motivate the team.

Responsibilities

• Ensure great availability for customers and accurate stock levels.
