Job summary

Heron Foods is seeking a Shift Manager to drive store success in East Dene, Rotherham. This full-time role (36 hours per week) pays £13 per hour and places you at the heart of the leadership team.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in a supervisory or team leader role in retail or similar environments.
• A strong, motivational leadership style.
• Great communication and problem-solving skills.
• The ability to stay organised and adaptable under pressure.

• Providing excellent customer service and confidently handling customer queries.
