Job summary

Heron Foods Limited is seeking a Shift Manager to lead the store team in a fast-paced retail environment in Wigan. You will drive daily operations, ensure excellent customer service, and maintain stock levels while supporting deliveries and opening/closing responsibilities.

The role requires prior supervisory experience in retail, a strong leadership style, and the ability to stay organised under pressure. A proactive, hands-on approach will help shape a high-energy team culture across the store.

Pay: £13 per hour

Hours: 36 hours per week
