You’ll supervise the team, coach colleagues, maintain high food safety and hygiene standards, manage opening and closing tasks, and complete shift reports in line with company policies.

Qualifications

• Experience supervising teams in a busy, fast-paced setting.
• Strong leadership and communication abilities.
• Knowledge of food safety practices and hygiene standards.
• Ability to work evenings and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Lead and supervise team members during designated shifts.
• Open and close the store, manage shift changes, and complete shift reports.
• Ensure all food preparation is completed to company standards.
• Deliver fast, accurate, and outstanding service to customers.
• Maintain product control and ensure correct volumes are prepared.
• Ensure the store cleaning standards are maintained.
• Complete statutory paperwork in line with Food Hygiene Regulations and Health & Safety standards.
