Domino's Pizza Group plc is seeking a hands-on Shift Manager to lead busy store shifts in the UK, ensuring top service, quality, and teamwork. You will motivate your team, manage rotas, and uphold brand standards while driving sales and customer satisfaction.

The role requires evening and weekend availability, with a starting focus on delivering great guest experiences and staff development through structured training and ongoing support.

Qualifications

• Previous supervisory or management experience (hospitality, retail, or food service ideal).
• A genuine passion for customer service and leading a team.

Responsibilities

• Lead and motivate your team during shifts to deliver excellent service and quality.
• Oversee day-to-day operations, ensuring the store runs smoothly and efficiently.
• Monitor product quality, speed of service, and order accuracy.
• Manage rotas and shift planning to ensure the right people are in the right place at the right time.
• Support and coach team members to develop their skills and confidence.
• Maintain store standards, hygiene, and safety procedures at all times.
• Ensure all deliveries and food storage meet brand and food safety standards.
• Manage customer satisfaction and resolve in-store issues professionally.
• Work with Store Manager to drive sales and meet targets.
• Ensure compliance with brand standards, health & safety, and security policies.
• Support local marketing initiatives and store promotions.
