Job summary

Greggs at Waterloo Station London is seeking a Shift Manager to lead the store when the Manager isn’t present. You’ll motivate the team, ensure service excellence, and keep the shop running smoothly on a 20-hour contract, with shifts from 2pm to 11:30pm.

You’ll prepare products, manage ovens, stock displays, and deliver friendly, efficient service across in-shop, delivery, Click+Collect, and drive- thru channels.

Qualifications

• Previous supervisory experience in a customer-focused environment.
• Reliable with natural leadership abilities.
• Passion for delivering exceptional customer service.

Responsibilities

• Inspire the team to deliver amazing results and maintain the shop standards.
• Lead by example and serve customers in a fast and friendly manner.
• Prepare our products, including making sandwiches and managing the ovens.
• Ensure displays are fully stocked with plenty of choice for customers.
• Keep the shop looking clean, tidy and presentable.

About the role

As part of the management team,you’llbe responsible forlooking after the shop when the Managerisn’taround. You will engage and motivate the team, and make sure they have what they need to do an amazing job.

We serve our customers acrossa number ofdifferent channels; in-shop, delivery,Click+Collect and drive thru.Y ou'lllead the way inmaking sure customers have a brilliant experience when shopping with us - whether they order in store or order their food online.

While no two shifts will be the same, during a typical shift you can expect to:
