Greggs is hiring a Shift Manager in Winchester. You will join the shop's management team, looking after operations when the Manager isn't around and motivating staff to deliver excellent customer service across in-store, delivery, Click+Collect and drive-thru channels.

Typical shift tasks include inspiring the team, leading by example, preparing products, maintaining stock and keeping the shop clean and presentable. We offer colleague discounts, free drinks, paid breaks, profit sharing and more.

Join us as a Shift Manager and you’ll be part of a team that loves putting customers first.

As part of the management team,you’llbe responsible forlooking after the shop when the Managerisn’taround. You will engage and motivate the team, and make sure they have what they need to do an amazing job.

We serve our customers acrossa number ofdifferent channels; in-shop, delivery,Click+Collect and drive thru.Y ou'lllead the way inmaking sure customers have a brilliant experience when shopping with us - whether they order in store or order their food online.

While no two shifts will be the same, during a typical shift you can expect to:

• Inspire the team to deliver amazing results andmaintainthe excellent standards of the shop
• Lead by example and serve our customers in a fast and friendly manner
• Prepare our much-loved products, including making sandwiches and managing the ovens
