Job summary

Greggs in Guildford is seeking a Shift Manager to join our team. You will look after the shop in the Manager's absence, motivate staff, and ensure customers enjoy a brilliant experience whether ordering in-store or online.

Typical duties include leading the team, serving customers quickly and cheerfully, preparing products, and keeping displays stocked and shop neat. Interviews will discuss shift patterns and availability.

About the role

Join us as a Shift Manager and you’ll be part of a team that loves putting customers first.

As part of the management team,you’llbe responsible forlooking after the shop when the Managerisn’taround. You will engage and motivate the team, and make sure they have what they need to do an amazing job.

We serve our customers acrossa number ofdifferent channels; in-shop, delivery,Click+Collect and drive thru.Y ou'lllead the way inmaking sure customers have a brilliant experience when shopping with us - whether they order in store or order their food online.

While no two shifts will be the same, during a typical shift you can expect to:
