Job summary

Greggs in Slough is seeking a Shift Manager to lead the shop when the Store Manager isn’t around and to motivate the team to deliver the best customer experience. You’ll oversee in-store operations and ensure the team has what they need to excel across channels including in-store, delivery, Click+Collect and drive-thru.

Typical shifts involve leading by example, preparing sandwiches, keeping displays stocked, and maintaining a clean, inviting shop.

Responsibilities

We serve our customers acrossa number ofdifferent channels; in-shop, delivery,Click+Collect and drive thru.Y ou'lllead the way inmaking sure customers have a brilliant experience when shopping with us - whether they order in store or ordertheir food online.

While no two shifts will be the same, during a typical shift you can expect to:
