Job summary

Greggs is seeking a Shift Manager at 57 High Street, Andover, to lead the shop when the Manager isn't around and drive an exceptional customer experience across in-store, delivery, Click+Collect and drive-thru orders.

You will inspire the team, lead by example, prepare products and ensure stock and presentation are consistently up to standard, while supporting an inclusive culture. Join us to help customers enjoy great service.

Qualifications

• Previous team supervisory experience in a similar environment.
• Reliable and able to work with others.

Responsibilities

• Inspire the team to deliver excellent results and maintain high shop standards.
• Lead by example and serve customers in a fast, friendly manner.
• Prepare products, including sandwiches and ovens management.
• Keep displays fully stocked with wide selection for customers.

About the role

Join us as a Shift Manager and you’ll be part of a team that loves putting customers first.

As part of the management team,you’llbe responsible forlooking after the shop when the Managerisn’taround. You will engage and motivate the team, and make sure they have what they need to do an amazing job.

We serve our customers acrossa number ofdifferent channels; in-shop, delivery,Click+Collect and drive thru.Y ou'lllead the way inmaking sure customers have a brilliant experience when shopping with us - whether they order in store or order their food online.

While no two shifts will be the same, during a typical shift you can expect to:

• Inspire the team to deliver amazing results andmaintainthe excellent standards of the shop
• Lead by example and serve our customers in a fast and friendly manner
• Prepare our much-loved products, including making sandwiches and managing the ovens
• Ensure our displays are fullystocked at all times, with plenty of choice available for our customers
• Keep the shop looking clean,tidyand presentable
