You’ll play a pivotal role in maintaining operational excellence while continuing to build a positive, engaged, and high-performing culture. This position requires a leader who can balance people development with operational delivery, ensuring teams are motivated, supported, and consistently achieving results.
We’re looking for an experienced production leader who values people as much as performance. You will have a proven track record of managing teams within a manufacturing, FMCG, or food production environment and understand how to create a culture where individuals and teams can thrive. You’ll be naturally curious, challenge existing processes, and use data to drive meaningful improvements.
This is an excellent opportunity to take ownership of a stable, high-performing shift operation where the foundations for success are already in place. The successful candidate will play a key role in maintaining and enhancing the positive team culture that has been carefully developed, while also shaping future talent through coaching, succession planning, and leadership development.
