Greggs in Leatherhead is seeking a part-time Shift Manager to lead a busy shop team and ensure superb customer service across in-store, delivery, and Click+Collect channels. You’ll motivate staff, manage daily operations, and help keep ovens, displays, and stock levels in excellent shape.

About the role

Join us as a Shift Manager and you'll be part of a team that loves putting customers first.

As part of the management team,you'llbe responsible for looking after the shop when the Managerisn't around. You will engage and motivate the team, and make sure they have what they need to do an amazing job.

We serve our customers across a number of different channels; in-shop, delivery,Click+Collect and drive thru.Y ou'lllead the way inmaking sure customers have a brilliant experience when shopping with us - whether they order in store or order their food online.

While no two shifts will be the same, during a typical shift you can expect to:

• Inspire the team to deliver amazing results and maintain the excellent standards of the shop
