Job summary

Greggs Wells-Next-the-Sea is seeking a Shift Manager to lead a team and keep the shop running when the Manager isn’t around. You’ll inspire colleagues and ensure they have what they need to deliver a brilliant customer experience.

You’ll lead across in-store channels including Click+Collect and drive-thru, delivering a first-class shopping experience. A typical shift includes supervising the team, serving customers, preparing sandwiches, managing ovens, stocking displays, and keeping the shop

Qualifications

• Reliable with natural leadership abilities and a passion for delivering customer service.

Responsibilities

About the role

Join us as a Shift Manager and you’ll be part of a team that loves putting customers first.

As part of the management team,you’llbe responsible forlooking after the shop when the Managerisn’taround. You will engage and motivate the team, and make sure they have what they need to do an amazing job.

We serve our customers acrossa number ofdifferent channels; in-shop, delivery,Click+Collect and drive thru.Y ou'lllead the way inmaking sure customers have a brilliant experience when shopping with us - whether they order in store or order their food online.

While no two shifts will be the same, during a typical shift you can expect to:

• Inspire the team to deliver amazing results andmaintainthe excellent standards of the shop
• Lead by example and serve our customers in a fast and friendly manner
• Prepare our much-loved products, including making sandwiches and managing the ovens
• Ensure our displays are fullystocked at all times, with plenty of choice available for our customers
• Keep the shop looking clean,tidyand presentable
