Join us to apply for the Shift Manager role at Vencil.

As a Shift Manager, you'll be part of a team that prioritizes customer satisfaction.

In this role, you'll be responsible for managing the shop when the Manager isn't present, engaging and motivating the team, and ensuring they have the resources needed to excel.

Our services include in-shop, delivery, Click+Collect, and drive-thru. You'll ensure customers have a great experience whether they order in-store or online.

During a typical shift, you can expect to:

1. Inspire the team to achieve excellent standards and results
2. Lead by example, serving customers efficiently and warmly
3. Prepare products, including making sandwiches and managing ovens
4. Maintain fully stocked displays with a variety of options
5. Keep the shop clean, tidy, and presentable
