Greggs plc is seeking a Shift Manager in Glasgow to lead a busy shop and ensure excellent customer experiences. You will inspire the team, manage shifts, and maintain product quality and presentation.

The role requires proactive leadership and a commitment to high standards throughout every shift. With a permanent contract and hourly pay, you’ll benefit from discounts, free hot drinks, paid breaks, and profit sharing, as well as health and wellbeing support.

Qualifications

• Previous supervisory experience in a customer-focused environment.
• Reliable with natural leadership abilities and a passion for service.
• Ability to work flexible shifts, including afternoons.

Join us as a Shift Manager and you’ll be part of a team that loves putting customers first.

As part of the management team,you’llbe responsible forlooking after the shop when the Managerisn’taround. You will engage and motivate the team, and make sure they have what they need to do an amazing job.

We serve our customers acrossa number ofdifferent channels; in-shop, delivery,Click+Collect and drive thru.Y ou'lllead the way inmaking sure customers have a brilliant experience when shopping with us - whether they order in store or order their food online.

While no two shifts will be the same, during a typical shift you can expect to:

• Inspire the team to deliver amazing results andmaintainthe excellent standards of the shop
• Lead by example and serve our customers in a fast and friendly manner
• Prepare our much-loved products, including making sandwiches and managing the ovens
• Ensure our displays are fullystocked at all times, with plenty of choice available for our customers
• Keep the shop looking clean,tidyand presentable
