Greggs is seeking a Shift Manager to lead the shop when the Store Manager isn’t available, inspiring the team and ensuring top customer service for in-store and online orders.

You’ll prepare products, keep displays well stocked, and maintain a clean, welcoming environment. This permanent role offers a competitive hourly rate and various colleague benefits.

Salary is £14.20 per hour, including a 40p per hour increment, with hourly frequency and a shift pattern that can be discussed at interview.

Join us as a Shift Manager and you’ll be part of a team that loves putting customers first.

As part of the management team,you’llbe responsible forlooking after the shop when the Managerisn’taround. You will engage and motivate the team, and make sure they have what they need to do an amazing job.

We serve our customers acrossa number ofdifferent channels; in-shop, delivery,Click+Collect and drive thru.Y ou'lllead the way inmaking sure customers have a brilliant experience when shopping with us - whether they order in store or order their food online.

While no two shifts will be the same, during a typical shift you can expect to:

• Inspire the team to deliver amazing results andmaintainthe excellent standards of the shop
• Lead by example and serve our customers in a fast and friendly manner
• Prepare our much-loved products, including making sandwiches and managing the ovens
• Ensure our displays are fullystocked at all times, with plenty of choice available for our customers
