Job summary

J D Wetherspoon is seeking a Shift Manager at Lloyds No.1 Bar in Basingstoke. As a shift leader you’ll run the pub’s operation on your shift, motivate and coordinate the team, greet customers and ensure standards across front of house and kitchen.

You’ll manage tasks, delegate, and maintain cleanliness, product quality and service, with a 40-hour week, holiday entitlement and a bonus scheme. This role offers progression toward future pub management opportunities.
